Relocate a famous local delicatessen from 1006 Pape Ave to 1013 Pape Ave, due to the Metrolinx Construction of the new Ontario Line. The previous property was being expropriated for the new Cosburn Subway station. The entailed Flooring, Electrical, T-Bar Ceilings, Exhaust Venting, Air-Conditioning, Cabinetry and Security Cameras.
